The Thrustmaster T300 RS GT Edition steering wheel in detail:
The T300 RS in the GT Edition is a high-precision handlebar and includes a non-contact magnetic sensor, which has a 16-bit resolution, i. within 65,536 different values, which passes control to the appropriate game. The steering wheel has a diameter of 28 cm with central brushed metal spokes. In addition, the steering wheel is also completely rubberized, for a good grip. In addition, the steering wheel weighs 1.2 kg, which together with the ForceFeedback and the two 13 cm paddles creates a very realistic feel.
The 1080-degree force feedback base with a brushless industrial motor provides an extremely smooth, fast and seamless force feedback effect. A new, friction-free and optimized double-belt mechanism, which is particularly low-vibration and smooth-running, also contributes to this. The rotation angle is adjustable from 270 to 1,080 degrees. The corresponding settings are then simply stored in the internal memory. The steering wheel itself can also be replaced by another optionally available handlebar replica, such as. the Ferrari Challenge 458. This can be easily accomplished by the quick-release system.
The steering wheel is officially licensed for the Playstation 4 and Playstation 3, but also works with a PC. The T300 RS GT Edition Steering Wheel therefore also includes official PlayStation 4 buttons, with which, by simply switching between game and system, at any time has access to the functions of the PS4. Below the buttons are a total of 13 action buttons, including two at the base and a digital directional pad to maneuver through menus. The integrated tact switch has a lifetime of over 10 million activations.
