The pre-installed 120 mm fan has chic white LED lighting and an additional 120 mm fan can optionally be installed in the lid. However, the housing dimensions and the materials used remain the same, which in perfect symbiosis result in a compact Mini-ITX housing.

On the outside, the Metis Plus ALS captivates with its simple but elegant design in elegant black, which is only decorated on the front by the manufacturers logo and the illuminated power button. In this version, the right side part is closed to give the case a uniform look. The slim cube case for Mini-ITX mainboards is made of 1.5 mm thick, anodized aluminum and measures 19.0 cm (width) by 24.4 cm (height without feet) by 27.7 cm (depth). The vertically aligned mainboard lies on a black painted steel partition.
With the innovative design of the Metis Plus ALS, Raijintek has thus created a good balance between the smallest possible volume and yet usable space, thus combining an appealing flexibility in the choice of components with a small footprint. What is new here, however, is the additional fan slot in the cleanly designed upper side, which can accommodate an optional 120 mm fan. The particularly accessible I / O panel with two USB 3.0 ports and audio inputs and outputs is also located here. The two-part ventilation concept inside ensures that fresh air is drawn in through the openings on the left side panel. Waste heat is removed on the one hand by the pre-installed 120 mm fan on the back or optional fan in the cover and on the other hand by the vertically mounted power supply unit on the front.
The Metis Plus ALS also offers enough space to mount two 2.5-inch drives decoupled on the floor and a 3.5-inch hard drive at the top under the lid. Dual-slot graphics cards can be up to 17 cm long and even strong CPU coolers in tower format can be easily installed up to a height of 16 cm. The full ATX power supply behind the front can be about 15 cm long. This is how technology miracles become possible! The stable feet are on the underside, which also ensures good decoupling of vibrations.
