Noctua NF-A20 FLX cooling fan - 200mm

Noctua is one of the well-known names in the silent cooling sector, with the Austrian manufacturers CPU coolers in particular enjoying an excellent reputation. They combine excellent processing quality with high cooling performance and minimal noise development. The self-developed fans from Noctua, which are also available separately to serve as case or CPU fans, are largely responsible for this.

The NF-A20 is a premium 200mm silent fan with a square AAO (Advanced Acoustic Optimization) frame. Its square shape and 154×154 mm, 110×180 mm and 170×170 mm mounting holes make it an excellent choice as a case fan. With advanced aerodynamic design measures such as Flow Acceleration Channels, the NF-A20 achieves excellent silent cooling performance.

The FLX version offers two speed settings (800/550 rpm) via the supplied low-noise adapter and thus ensures full flexibility between maximum delivery capacity and almost noiseless operation. Its superb smoothness, the SSO2 reference class bearing and Noctuas proven premium quality make the NF-A20 FLX a top solution for the highest demands.

The impeller of the NF-A20 is equipped with so-called Flow Acceleration Channels on the suction side. By accelerating airflow in the critical outer regions of the fan blades, suction-side vortex shedding is reduced, resulting in higher efficiency and lower turbulence-related noise emissions.

Noctuas AAO (Advandced Acoustic Optimization) frames have integrated vibration buffers as well as a stepped inlet area (Stepped Inlet Design) and an inner microstructure (Inner Surface Microstructures), which enable even better performance/noise efficiency.

The anti-vibration pads made of extra-soft silicone reduce the transmission of the smallest vibrations and are also compatible with all standard screws and commercially available mounting systems or fan clips used with CPU coolers.

Despite its high performance, the power consumption of the NF-A20 is only 0.96W, which can be considered very low. So the NF-A20 is not only environmentally friendly, but also helps you to reduce the electricity bill!
