Fractal Design Torrent Compact: Midi Tower with focus on Airflow
The Fractal Design Torrent Compact is a midi tower with airflow-optimized interior and generous air intakes. The eye-catching front is equipped with two 180mm fans with aRGB lighting. The powerful airflow keeps even powerful gaming PCs and workstations cool. Due to the high compatibility with radiators, the housing is also suitable for water-cooled systems.
The Torrent Compact Midi Tower puts everything on one card: Airflow. For this purpose, the front and the floor are equipped with generous air intakes. Two 180mm RGB fans are installed in the front ex works. These have been specially developed and are particularly powerful with a thickness of 38 mm.
The interior has been completely optimized for a trouble-free airflow. The power supply sits in the lid of the case in an aerodynamic power supply bay, which also has RGB lighting. Cleverly designed guides and brackets facilitate proper cable management, which benefits the eye and a directed airflow. Data carriers, such as SSDs and HDDs, are installed on the back of the MB tray and thus also contribute to a tidy interior.
Made for water cooling
The Fractal Design Torrent Compact also offers generous options for water-cooled systems. The front kaqnn can be equipped with a 360 mm radiator. A radiator up to 280 mm in size has space on the floor. A 120 radiator can be attached to the back. This provides enough space for two large AIO cooling systems or extensive custom water cooling.
Plenty of space for gaming hardware
With its generously designed interior, the Torrent Compact offers space for large high-end graphics cards. The chassiss integrated GPU mount supports heavy cards, prevents bending and thus prevents damage. With a total of seven PCI slots, multi-GPU configurations are also easily possible – enough power for gaming enthusiasts, content creators or professional users.
Due to the wide support of motherboard formats, a wide variety of systems and hardware configurations can be realized in torrenting. From Mini-ITX to E-ATX, everything is possible. The scope of delivery includes two dust filters for the floor and the front. These can be optionally attached to protect the interior from dust and dirt.
