The Elgato Wave: 1 for streamers and podcasters
With its recording resolution of 48 kHz at 24 bit, the Elgato Wave: 1 offers high sound quality for streamers. The narrow cardioid characteristic of the condenser microphone ensures a clearly understandable voice and attenuates ambient noise. Thanks to the sophisticated Clipguard technology, oversteer is automatically prevented. br>
The Elgato Wave: 1 comes with a stand for the desk and is connected to the PC via USB. The integrated 3.5 mm jack socket enables instant real-time monitoring when headphones are connected. The rotary control on the microphone housing is used to adjust the headphone volume. The microphone can be muted at the push of a button.
The supplied Elgato Wave Link software can mix up to eight audio sources for two different output channels. The user can listen to both channels, for example to better understand the audience experience. Integration in streaming software such as OBS Studio is childs play and the software is resource-saving. Integration into the Elgato ecosystem was also considered: quick access to the functions of the software is possible via the separately available Stream Deck.
