The Corsair Commander Core XT is the heart of a Corsair iCUE system. With it, an unprecedented level of monitoring and control of your own system is achieved. Fan controls are a dime a dozen, but the Corsair Commander Core XT has a lot more to offer. In addition to controlling PWM fans, it also allows you to control various RGB LEDs and temperatures in your system. Appropriate temperature sensors should of course not be missing to monitor the system.
Fully equip your case with PWM fans
Up to six 4-pin PWM fans can be connected to the Corsair Commander Core XT. In this way, even large cases can be completely equipped with PWM fans. The fans can be fully controlled via the Corsair iCUE software. So there is the possibility to program fan curves to control the fans with all levels between maximum speed and minimum speed
Top-class ARGB lighting control
The two ARGB lighting channels let you create a true symphony of colors. Up to six compatible Corsair ARGB fans can be controlled. The second channel lets you control other devices like CPU coolers. There are various lighting effects to choose from and the ARGB LEDs can also be completely synchronized, so that, for example, a wave effect can start with the CPU fan and end outside the housing, for example with the keyboard.
Temperature sensor for accurate monitoring
So that the fan curves of the PWM fans can be used, they must also be supplied with temperature information. The Corsair Commander Core XT can also do this, because it has two temperature sensor inputs, the corresponding sensors are included in the scope of delivery. This allows the fans to respond directly to rising temperatures. The lighting can also change color should the system enter dangerous temperature ranges.
