Construction and design of Nepton 240M Cooler Master
The system of Nepton consists of a simple construction of two parts, the radiator and the heat sink. While the radiator is mounted on a 120mm fans slot, preferably on the rear side of the radiator takes on the CPU space. In the housing of the cooler, the pump and the expansion tank are already installed. Since it is a closed circuit, the system does not require maintenance.
The already large base of the heat sink absorbs the heat from the processor and passes it through copper efficiently to the water on. This in turn is pumped by the pump direction radiator, where the cooling liquid flows through a fine lamellar structure and transfers heat to the air flowing through. The fan again ensure that the radiator is constantly supplied by fresh air.
To increase the cooling capacity of Nepton 240M over the competition, the water flows through to the CPU a machined structure with fine channels. These increase the surface area for heat transfer to the water and thus increase the cooling capacity. In addition, the tubes are made of sturdy material FEP and provide greater flexibility while maintaining low evaporation of coolant and high buckling resistance.
Two 120 mm fans ensure high air pressure at low noise levels
Two 120-fan are responsible to flow through the radiator with sufficient air. Cooler Master uses on-site models with name Silencio FP120 that at speeds of 800 – produce 4.8 mm H2O – high airflow of 28 2,400 U / min – 128 m³ / h and a static air pressure of 0.48. This occurs at a lowest possible noise level of only 6.5 to 27 dB (A), as required. Both fans are equipped with five large blades in sickle blade design. You use a dynamic bearing (Loop Dynamic Bearing), which was awarded the IP6X Certificate and accordingly have the highest dust level.
Installation & compatibility of Cooler Master Nepton 240M
