With the be quiet! With the Shadow Base 800 FX Midi Tower you wont make any compromises when it comes to the aesthetics and cooling of your gaming PC. A total of four pre-installed Light Wings 140 mm ARGB fans ensure very good airflow.
The side panel is made of tempered glass and allows an excellent view of your installed components. The front consists of a simple, continuous and perforated front with subtle ARGB lighting.
Good airflow thanks to the perforated front
The be quiet! Shadow Base 800 FX features a full-length metal front panel with excellent airflow for high-end hardware. The front panel is perforated and equipped with a grille so that there is enough cool fresh air. In addition, the housing cover is also perforated and thus transports the heated air reliably and quickly out of the housing.
You also have the option of accommodating a total of eight 120 mm or 140 mm fans in the Shadow Base 800 to ensure effective cooling throughout. The front offers space for three 120mm or 140mm fans, the lid also allows for three fans of both sizes and the back leaves space for a 120mm or 140mm fan. For extra fresh air, you can place another 120 mm or 140 mm fan on the floor.
Many mounting options for radiators
If you plan to equip your system with water cooling, then the be quiet! Shadow Base 800 FX exceptionally positioned. You can either place a 420 mm radiator in the front or in the lid. You can also install a 120 mm radiator on the back if, for example, you want to use a small AiO water cooling system to cool your CPU.
Plenty of space for your gaming hardware
Two 3.5- or 2.5-inch data storage devices can be accommodated in the power supply bay, which accommodates standard ATX power supplies. There are also two holders for 2.5-inch data storage devices on the back of the mainboard tray.
If you want to use a large motherboard to get the most out of your system, then be quiet! Shadow Base 800 FX is the right case for you here too. For maximum compatibility, you can easily accommodate E-ATX motherboards. Graphics cards up to a length of 430 mm and CPU coolers up to a height of 180 mm can also be installed.
Well-equipped I/O panel
The I/O panel features a power button, HD audio and microphone port as well as a USB 3.1 Type-C port and two USB 3.0 Type-A ports for faster file transfer.
ARGB lighting on fans and front
There is subtle ARGB lighting on the front panel, which – like the Light Wings fans – can be adjusted as you like. This provides an additional eye-catcher in your gaming room. The Base 800 FX offers a PWM and ARGB hub for easy connection.
