The NZXT H500i Midi-Tower in detail
The front of this case is completely flat with no I / O panel. The latter is namely on the cover of this housing dream. The panel has two USB 3.0 ports and two audio jacks, as well as the inconspicuous power button. Cable management can take up to 23 millimeters.
As a special feature, the NZXT H500i Midi-Tower has an integrated controller called Smart Device with CAM support. It is used to control the Aer F fans already installed as well as the two RGB LEDs, which are immediately visible through the tempered glass window. Other fans or even more LED strips can of course also be connected. An acoustic sensor helps determine the optimal balance between cooling and noise. The control takes place via function-rich software on the PC.
Space for a lot of hardware
In the black interior is a lot of space. In addition to EATX, ATX, Micro ATX and Mini-ITX motherboards, seven expansion cards can also be installed in the housing. You can also install up to two 3.5-inch drives in the drive cage. There are also two 2.5-inch holders on the back of the motherboard trays or on the power supply cover. Alternatively, aside from the two 120 mm fans on the top, which are preinstalled on the top and back, there is room for 140 mm fans instead. Two 120mm or two 140mm fans can be attached to the front.
