EK Water Blocks EK-ACF Rotary Fitting 10/16mm Nickel

EK-ACF Rotary Fitting (Advanced Compression Fitting) is a soft-tube compression fitting, designed for use with flexible soft tubings such as PVC, EPDM, Norprene, silicone or any other type of compatible flexible tube. Compared to the ordinary ACF fittings, the special feature of this fitting is its ability to rotate full circle, which gives extra flexibility during the building of the cooling loop. This type of fitting has extra benefits for users that often change their hardware and need extra flexibility while replacing their hardware.

EK-ACF Rotary Fitting also belongs to the EK-ACF (Advanced Compression Fitting) series of fittings, a more secure variant of the tubing fitting connector as the locking ring prevents flexible tube to be pulled out of the fitting by compressing the tubing wall underneath the ring. Such fitting does not require any hose clamp or similar substitute.

The barb and the ring are made of nickel-plated CNC machined brass. Fittings feature quality rubber O-rings. These fittings are fully compatible with EK-AF series (45 degrees/90 degrees) angled adapters.

For a successful installation, it is mandatory to use an Allen Key 8mm and a 20mm spanner wrench key. A recommended way of installation is to first secure the fitting with an 8mm Allen key while adding the tubing, then fastening the locking ring and finally installing the fitting to a G1/4 port by using a 20mm spanner wrench key (slim profile 5mm thick).
