This is a straight G1 / 4-inch screw, on the other side of a compression fitting (union nut) for hoses with 16/10 mm outer and inner diameter (OD / ID) represents. The thread is sealed with a rubber ring and the tube side has at the EK-ACF-fitting an Allen-profile, so you can tighten the connection perfectly with an 8-mm Allen key.
The silver fitting this ACF connection is made of nickel-plated brass, the black union nut on the other hand is made of anodized aluminum. Thanks to the compression effect of the coupling nut sitting hoses especially safe on the EK Water Blocks EK-ACFs.
