Sound specialist Creative relies on comfort for the Sound BlasterX H6 gaming headset, but without neglecting the technology. The large 50 mm neodymium magnet drivers ensure excellent sound quality. The headband is very light and still stable. Thanks to the ear cup padding made of shape memory foam with air-permeable textile cover, the headset is extremely comfortable to wear.
The ear pads completely enclose the ears, so that the ears are sealed off from disturbing external noises. Thanks to ambient monitoring, ambient noise can be passed through, so that the headset does not have to be removed. The sound is not transmitted to the voice chat via the microphone. The software allows the user to enjoy virtual 7.1 surround sound. The spatial sound makes it easier to locate opponents in games.
Design and optics
Visually, the Creative Sound BlasterX H6 gaming headset convinces with its black design, which looks very classy thanks to the metal elements. The ring-shaped RGB lighting on the outside of the ear cups is a real eye-catcher and interesting for streamers. The flexible and detachable microphone is equipped with noise suppression, so that the team can also communicate clearly at LAN events.
The controls are located directly on the ear cup. Here the user can mute the microphone, change the volume and let ambient noise penetrate.
