Akasa AK-CC1107EP01 CPU cooler AMD - 80 mm [AK-CC1107EP01]

Contrary to the general bigger-is-better trend, the central requirement here is not to achieve maximum cooling performance. Rather, a small size and above all a minimal height is sought.

The AK-CC1107EP01 cooler from Akasa is designed according to this principle. At only around 5.5 centimeters high, it is perfect for compact HTPC housings and mini PCs. The cooler is made of aluminum, which also makes direct contact with the CPU and ensures good heat transfer. The heat is then passed on to the aluminum fins and finally transported away via the air flow.

An 80 mm fan is mounted in the center of the heat sink. This has a modern blade geometry with an S-shaped curved fan blades. This creates a good airflow / volume ratio. Thanks to the 4-pin PWM connection, the fan speed can be adjusted between 600 and 3,000 rpm. This means that a maximum of 31 db (A) and a maximum of 60 m³ / h are transported.

The cooler is approved for the AMD CPUs with a maximum of 95 watts TDP. It is installed with push pins on the AMD bases 754, 939, 940, AM2, AM2 +, AM3, AM3 +, AM4, FM1, FM2 & FM2 +.
