- Pure Rock 2 FX: Powerful and quiet
The be quiet! Pure Rock 2 FX offers a cooling performance of a maximum of 150 watts TDP and is therefore also suitable for powerful desktop processors from Intel's and AMD's portfolio. Four copper heat pipes, each with a diameter of six millimeters, which rest directly on the CPU, ensure efficient heat dissipation.
The heat pipes transfer the waste heat to numerous aluminum fins. These are cooled by a 120-millimeter fan from the manufacturer's Light Wings High Speed series with ARGB lighting. Thanks to flow-optimized fan blades and PWM signal, this ensures the right balance between smooth running and performance. At a maximum speed of 2,500 rpm, it is still quiet with a volume of 31 decibels.
The cover plate of the be quiet! Pure Rock 2 FX is made of brushed aluminum. The asymmetrical design of the heat sink ensures that the memory banks are not covered and this cooler works well in combination with RAM modules of any height. The mounting system of the 15.5 centimeter high CPU cooler is suitable for the Intel sockets 1700, 1200, 2066, 115x and 2011(-3) as well as the AMD sockets AM5 and AM4.
