be quiet! sets a good start for all gaming PCs with the Pure Base 500 FX Midi Tower. It is spacious and offers enough space for powerful builds with air or water cooling. Four Light Wings PWM fans are already pre-installed and, together with the many mesh inserts, optimize the airflow of your gaming computer. The ARGB lighting, in combination with the side panel made of tempered glass, is a highlight that is impressive.

Upgrade your cooling
The be quiet! Pure Base 500 FX offers excellent options for high-performance cooling solutions thanks to the large-area mesh cover and front: Three 120 fans can be attached to the front, there is space for two 140 or 120 models in the cover and a 120 fan can also be installed on the back -fan to be mounted. The Pure Base 500 FX offers four pre-installed 120 mm PWM Light Wings fans ex works. You can find them on the front and back of the case.

With the ARGB PWM hub on the back of the mainboard tray, six PWM fans and ARGB components can be connected and then synchronized via the mainboard. The Pure Base 500 FX also offers space for CPU coolers up to 190 mm high.

The Light Wings PWM fans are capable of cooling demanding gaming PCs. They offer excellent airflow thanks to the adjusted angle of the fan blades and optimized frame and impeller. They remain quiet at a maximum load of 1,7000 rpm up to 20.6 dB(A). A single conveys 70.53 m³/h.

The installation of custom and all-in-one water cooling was also considered: the front is suitable for a 360 mm radiator, while a 240 mm model can be accommodated in the lid.

Organize your hardware
In addition to 225 mm long power supplies, there is also space for two 3.5 or 2.5 inch drives in a modular drive cage under the power supply cover. Their decoupled installation reduces vibrations and enables low-noise operation. Two additional 2.5 inch drives can be installed on the SSD panel between the mainboard tray and the front. A maximum length of 369 mm is intended for graphics cards.

Round off your build with RGB lighting
The mesh front of the be quiet! Pure Base 500 FX is punctuated by vertical, digitally addressable RGB LED strips. The lighting can be controlled via a 5VDG connection on the mainboard. The illuminated interior and the installed hardware can be admired through a side panel made of tempered glass. The I/O panel of the midi tower is located on the top of the front cover and, in addition to a power button, has a USB 3.2 type C slot and a USB 3.0 type A socket, a headphone output and a microphone input.
