The be quiet! Dark Power 13 with 850 watts in detail
The subtle aluminum housing and individually sheathed cables of the Dark Power 13 ensure a minimalist and elegant appearance. The full-surface, fine-meshed fan grille is particularly eye-catching. The huge grille facilitates air exchange. Directly behind it is a frameless Silent Wings fan with a diameter of 135 mm. Together with the funnel-shaped air inlet, this cools the power supply almost silently.

In order to achieve the maximum efficiency of an incredible 95.4 percent, only first-class electronics are used. The high-end power supply uses high-quality Japanese capacitors that are certified for operating temperatures of 105 °C. Fully digital control and full-bridge LLC technology ensure world-class regulation and ripple. The wireless internal design also contributes to improved cooling performance and component life expectancy.

Single or multi-rail with excellent performance
This version of the Dark Power 13 provides a whopping 850 watts of continuous power. A very special feature is the so-called overclocking key. This is a switch that allows the power supply to be operated as a single or multi-rail power supply if desired. Depending on the switch position, the 12 V line is operated either on four independent lines or as a single, solid line.

In single-rail operation, the 12 V line offers a combined current of 130 amps with a total nominal power of 840 watts. In multi-rail operation, each of the four individual lines provides 30 or 35 amps.

For huge peak loads
Dark Power 13 offers 850W of continuous power on 4 independent 12V rails. Even if the graphics card requires excessive performance for short periods of time: the Dark Power 13 850W can handle load peaks of up to twice the nominal load without any problems. This ensures reliable operation with the next generations of processors and graphics cards.

The connection portfolio also leaves little to be desired. It has a fully modular design, which guarantees maximum flexibility and minimal cable clutter. Even motherboards that require two 8-pin EPS connectors are no problem. In addition to the 12+4-pin 12VHPWR connector, there are another four PCIe connectors with 6+2 pins available for the graphics cards.
