The Viewsonic Omni VX2428 is a 23.8-inch (approx. 60 cm) gaming monitor with a Full HD resolution of 1,920 x 1,080 pixels. Thanks to the fast 165 Hz IPS panel with Adaptive Sync, this screen offers a smooth gaming experience. The IPS panel displays 16.7 million colors (6 bit + FRC). The response time is also very short at just 0.5 ms (MPRT). Viewsonic has also equipped the monitor with a large number of ergonomic setting options.

The razor-sharp display impresses with excellent color accuracy. It represents 16.7 million colors, of which 6 bits are native and 2 bits via FRC. With a maximum brightness of 250 cd/m², the Viewsonic Omni VX2428 guarantees that content can be read even in well-lit rooms. The static contrast ratio of 1,000:1 also offers a good balance between bright and dark areas of the image.

AMD FreeSync Premium for absolutely smooth gaming
With AMD FreeSync Premium, the IPS panel of the Viewsonic Omni VX2428 offers a feature that has a significant impact on the subjective gaming experience. Disturbing tearing effects are prevented by the variable adjustment of the refresh rate to the frames per second provided by the graphics card. Especially when the frame rates drop in games that are particularly hardware-hungry, the gaming experience appears much smoother and more trouble-free thanks to this feature. The response time is also low at 2.8 ms GTG.

The display also has a blue light and flicker-free filter, so that the eyes are less strained during long periods of use. The monitor has various connection options, including two HDMI 1.4 connections, one DisplayPort 1.4 and one 3.5 mm jack (audio out).
