Overview

The big advantage of this is a particularly attractive price range without sacrificing cooling performance. So there are all argon cooler of an aluminum radiator along with several copper heatpipes, the rest thanks HDC-Technology (Heatpipe Direct Contact) directly on the heat spreader of the processor and thereby dissipate the heat particularly well in the slats tower.

Also not to be despised, and by default each time Silverstone argon already included: a blue-white fan with 4-pin PWM connector, which is thus controlled fully automatically from a compatible motherboard, depending on usage and heat generated by the CPU. Because Silverstone now has some experience in the fan and also an innovative anti-vibration mounting on the argon-cooler is provided, every fan has a great balance between airflow and quiet operation. When offered here argon AR05 is a particularly compact and therefore suitable also in many small cases, CPU cooler with two heatpipes each 6 mm in diameter.
