Noctua NT-H2 thermal paste - AM5 Edition
Noctua's NT-H2 is a professional TIM solution for enthusiasts who don't want to miss out on excellent performance or maximum ease of use. A hybrid configuration of different micro-particles enables minimal thermal resistance, easy handling and excellent long-term stability.

The AM5 Edition also includes the NA-TPG1 sealing cover, which can be used to prevent the buildup of thermal paste in the side recesses of the heat spreader of AMD AM5 processors - a simple but highly effective solution for keeping AM5 CPUs clean.

Compared to its predecessor, the mixture of metal oxide microparticles has been further improved. This resulted in a lower overall thermal resistance and a lower layer thickness in terms of contact pressure. Significantly higher performance has been achieved, especially with CPUs with high TDP.

Like its predecessor, the NT-H2 thermal paste has been specially optimized for use in the PC sector and enables excellent results thanks to its very good wetting and distribution properties.

The paste is distributed evenly under contact pressure and therefore does not have to be spread on the heat spreader. This not only reduces the paste consumption, but also the installation effort: A drop of NT-H2 in the middle of the CPU, attach the cooler - done! It quickly reaches its full performance and does not require a longer burn-in time.

Of course, there are no solvents or other substances with a low boiling point and the thermal paste has fantastic long-term stability. Thanks to the excellent curing, bleeding, dry-out and thermal cycling characteristics, the Noctua NT-H2 can also be used for several years without any problems.

Furthermore, it has an extremely low dielectric constant and a high dielectric strength. This means that when used in the PC area, there is no risk of short circuits, even if there is direct contact with conductor tracks or components.

The NT-H2 is suitable for use with copper and aluminum coolers and is fully compatible with all materials commonly used in the PC sector.

3.5g pack for 3 to 20 applications
The classic 3.5g pack is perfect for users who only occasionally install coolers. Depending on the size of the CPU, it is sufficient for around 3-20 applications (e.g. around 3 applications for large CPUs like TR4, 15 for AM4/AM5 or LGA1700, and around 20 for small CPUs like LGA1151).
