Overview

This is a compact and completely passively cooled Cube housing, whose completely silent cooling harmoniously harmonizes with the stunning design. The monolithic design masterpiece consists of a sturdy base frame enclosed by four removable outer plates of extruded aluminum with a sand-blasted surface in silver and a black cover plate made of acrylic. The DB4ODD mounting kit comes with an alternative acrylic cover plate with an opening for discs.

Alternative cover plate for 5.25-inch slim drives
By removing the cover plate and all four side parts, the Mini ITX motherboard is very easy to mount on a tray which is fixed in the middle and can also be removed. On the back of the tray, alternatively to a 3.5-inch HDD or two 2.5-inch SSDs / HDDs, this ODD drive cage can be attached to attach SlimLine optical slot-in drives. Further drives can be accommodated variably by means of universal brackets on the frame behind the mainboard tray, so that plenty of 3.5-inch and 2.5-inch data carriers can be installed. The drive cage can accommodate up to 12.7 millimeter high ODD drives. Thanks to a rubber ejection button, each placement of the eject button is supported.
