The Scythe Shuriken 2: Flat and powerful
The low-profile cooler is ideally suited for mini-ITX and HTPC cases where flat but powerful coolers are required. Thanks to its compact design, it also achieves a high level of compatibility with mainboards and memory modules. Thanks to the large cooling surface and five heat pipes, the cooling performance of the 58 mm high top blower is also impressive. This effectively removes the waste heat from the processor so that it can develop its full performance.

The pre-installed fan is a quiet, 92 mm slim model with a 4-pin PWM connector from the Scythe Kaze Flex Slim series. This lays with max. 23.2 dB (A), 300 to 2,500 revolutions per minute and a flow rate of 70.17 m³ / h, surprisingly good values for its size. It can be controlled from the mainboard with the PWM signal. The automatic adjustment regulates the fan depending on the power requirement.

Thanks to the "H.P.M.S. III" bracket system, the Shuriken 2 is easy to install and sits very firmly and stably on the processor. Even computers that are transported regularly experience a higher level of security. In addition, the mounting kit is suitable for all modern sockets from Intel and AMD.
