For this purpose, the adapter slot cover is fastened to the slot covers of the housing. It is suitable for enclosures with an open PCI slot design and at least seven free slots and graphics cards with a height of two slots. For vibration damping and insulation, three black pads are included.

The riser cable connects the graphics card to the PCIe slot of the motherboard. Its x16 slot is electrically connected to a full 16 data lines and thus provides the full bandwidth for graphics cards. A 22 centimeter long, flexible ribbon cable is used for data transmission. The small board with the PCIe x16 card slot is attached to the graphics card bracket with two screws.
