The Noctua U9 DX-4189 offers remarkable cooling performance, making it ideal for high-performance server systems and workstations. Six nickel-plated copper heatpipes, each with a diameter of six mm, rest directly on the CPU and ensure efficient heat dissipation.

The heatpipes transfer the waste heat to aluminum fins, which are cooled by two 92 mm fans from the manufacturer. Thanks to flow-optimized fan blades and PWM signal, these ensure the right balance between smooth running and performance. At a maximum speed of 2,500 rpm, it is still very quiet at a volume of 30.6 dB(A).

The proven SecuFirm2 mounting system ensures optimum contact pressure and maximum safety on the Intel socket Xeon LGA4189 by screwing the 9.5 cm high cooler to the mounting plate on the back of the mainboard.
