The second generation of the RGB mainboard cable now offers 18 instead of the previous 10 lighting effects. How is that possible? A total of 120 individually addressable RGB LEDs make the 20 cm long extension cable shine. That is ten times as many LEDs as the predecessor, which means that significantly more complex effects can be achieved.

In order to ensure the highest possible color fastness, Lian Li again uses a white coating. This time, a milky-white diffuser is used, which distributes the light evenly. In addition, white splinting prevents the beam angle so that the individual wires do not influence each other in their color effect by radiating to the sides.

The 24-pin ATX extension cable connects the 24-pin cable of every standard ATX power supply to the 24-pin socket on the mainboard. Thanks to the supplied controller, a total of 18 different lighting modes can be switched through and changed in brightness, color and speed. If a compatible mainboard with a digital 3-pin RGB header is connected, the Strimer Plus can be conveniently controlled using sync software and synchronized with the lighting of other compatible components.
