The IPS display offers a diagonal of 27 inches (68.58 cm) in an aspect ratio of 16 to 9 and a response time of five milliseconds. In addition, the LG UltraGear 27GL63T supports variable synchronization with Adaptive-Sync, AMD FreeSync and G-Sync-Compatible certification. Different image optimization processes can be selected in the menu of the screen. Dynamic Action Sync, for example, minimizes the input delay. The Black Stabilizer brightens up dark areas of the image so that enemies hidden in the shadow can be spotted. If adaptive sync and dynamic action sync are not used, the MBR mode can be activated. This reduces the brightness and accelerates the response speed of the panel to one millisecond. A crosshair can also be shown via the menu.

The display of the LG UltraGear 27GL63T offers narrow outer edges on the top and on the sides. The ergonomic base enables the display to be tilted and adjusted. This can also be turned upright in pivot mode. Mounting on alternative monitor brackets is possible using the VESA holes at a distance of 100 x 100 millimeters.
