Despite the relatively compact dimensions of the RM2 Midi-Tower, Jonsbo relies on power supplies in the ATX form factor to create more reserves for powerful hardware. In addition to the power supply, mainboards in mini ITX, micro ATX or ATX format (up to 305 x 245 mm) can be installed. A total of six PCI slot covers enable the installation of expansion and graphics cards with a maximum length of 29 centimeters.

The cooling concept of the RM2 is based on a pre-installed 120 mm fan in the front and the cleverly positioned air inlets. The fan in the front draws air through the air slots in the side part and the bottom of the housing and distributes it in the housing. There is a large air inlet with a dust filter in the lid, which ensures good airflow for the graphics cards.

The Jonsbo RM2 is compatible with CPU coolers with a maximum height of 95 millimeters. A total of three 2.5-inch and one 3.5-inch data storage devices can be installed. The I / O panel is classically located on the front of the housing and, in addition to the two mandatory audio connections and power / reset buttons, has two USB 3.0 Type-A ports.
