The InWin A1 combines a modern look with some premium touches. The case is defined not just by its huge tinted, tempered glass side window, it also has a glass roof. Innovative as ever, InWin ensures users are able to remove the 3mm-thick tempered glass panels without needing tools. The top of the black case is uninterrupted by anything unnecessary or distracting, save for the stylish I/O panel, embedded in aluminium, as well as the Qi charging pad.

What also helps make the InWin A1 look exceptional compared to the competition, is its use of transparent surfaces that are now illuminated courtesy of digitally addressable RGB-LEDs. In a darkened room, you might even be forgiven for thinking it's levitating! When the lighting is not controlled via a 3-pin header on the motherboard, the lighting - as well as that of the fans, can be controlled via a remote control and the integrated controller.

Naturally, the black interior still holds a few surprises for users. For example, the power supply is installed in the top at the back of the case, offering 650 Watts of power and cable management is also a breeze thanks to the design. The small Mini-ITX motherboard is mounted to the left of it, allowing users to enjoy an unobstructed via of the board through the large tempered glass window. High-end gaming hardware support presents no challenge to this case, given the fact that it supports CPU coolers up to 160 mm in height and graphics cards up to 320mm long. A graphics card bracket also helps ensure that heavy graphics card don't sag unnecessarily.

The bottom of the case supports a maximum of two 120mm fans, and these are placed on the exterior of the case so as to not conflict with the graphics card. They are embedded into the see-through section at the bottom. There is one fan at the back and on the right-hand side respectively, pre-installed directly beneath the PSU. The back fan slot can also be used for a 120mm radiator if you prefer. Two 2.5" drives can be installed to the rear of the motherboard tray.
