The Gigabyte B460M DS3H V2 Micro-ATX motherboard has a PCIe x16 slot that is connected to the chipset with a full 16 lanes. For plug-in and expansion cards, the board has an additional PCIe x16 slot and two additional PCIe 3.0 x1 slots.

The M.2 slot connected via four PCIe 3.0 lanes supports the NVMe protocol and, in combination with the corresponding M.2 SSDs, enables a data transfer rate of just under 4 GB / s.
