Cooler Master MasterLiquid ML360 Sub-Zero with Intel Cryo Cooling Technology
The Cooler Master MasterLiquid ML360 Sub-Zero, developed in cooperation with Intel, combines the closed cooling circuit of complete water cooling with the thermoelectric cooling capacity of a Peltier element. The AiO, which is suitable for Intel's Socket 1200, is designed for 250 watts TDP.
A 360 mm aluminum radiator, which is equipped with three PWM fans in 120 mm format, is responsible for the enormous cooling capacity. The fans also work quietly with a maximum of 1,900 rpm and a maximum of 26 decibels. The Intel Cryo Cooling Technology consists of a combination of Peltier element and software control and ensures that cooling performance and noise development are optimally adapted to the waste heat from the CPU.
The electrothermal converter is integrated into the cooling block and is supplied with a 6 + 2-pin PCIe power connector. A large copper base plate quickly dissipates heat away from the processor. The powerful pump is located between the cooling block and the radiator so that it does not transmit any vibrations to the CPU. Cooler Master developed the MasterLiquid ML360 Sub-Zero in cooperation with Intel specifically for the 10th generation processors.
Note: In addition to the PWM connections for fan and pump, an 8-pin PCIe power plug from the power supply unit and an internal USB 2.0 connection on the mainboard are required to operate this complete water cooling system. The power consumption of the AiO is up to 180 watts. Cooler Master recommends a power supply unit with at least 850 watts of power and high efficiency (at least 80 PLUS Gold).
The manufacturer recommends running the Sub-Zero on a Z490 mainboard with the latest BIOS. In addition, Cooler Master offers a list of verified, compatible mainboards on its homepage.
To use the Intel Cryo Cooling feature, you also need an Intel desktop CPU with a free multiplier (unlocked, suffixes K / KF / KS).
