A newly developed injection technology actively cools the CPU. All other chips are sufficiently cooled by the passive cooler, which houses the water cooler for the CPU.

Phillips structure
As already patented for the Alphacool NexXxoS XP in 2004, the cross-slot technology in the base plate has been further developed. The fins and canal structure has been further refined. The remaining tiller is 0.5 x 0.5mm and 2.5mm high. This allows a very large and rapid heat transfer from the copper to the cooling medium.

backplate
The scope of delivery now includes always a backplate cools the graphics card again with small passive cooling fins, the graphics card gives a perfect impression and at the same time protects.

cooling fins
The passive cooling is done via perfectly matched, just 18mm deep cooling fins that cover the rest of the graphics card gapless. Due to a slight air circulation in the housing, this cooler is in no way inferior to conventional coolers.
