The Alphacool HardTube Bending Kit Basic is a comprehensive tool set for anyone who wants to equip their PC with hard tubes. The Hardtube Basic Kit contains the most important tools needed to bend HardTubes.

The Alphacool deburring tool has three sharp, pointed steel blades to deburr a sawn-off acrylic pipe from the inside and to remove chips. On the other side of the tool, the sharp backs of the steel blades are there to deburr the sawed-off tube edge from the outside so that the HardTubes can be easily inserted into the connections!

With this cutting gauge, cutting the hard tubes is child's play. The special rubber guides for 13 and 16mm HardTubes prevent the HardTubes from slipping and being scratched. The cutting gauge is attached using 2 small screw clamps.

Alphacool has now developed a bending tool for different sizes which makes laying and bending the HardTubes child's play! Both HardTubes with a thickness of 12 - 14mm and 16mm are no problem. Up to 180° curves can be easily and neatly bent. With the help of the red rubber length limiters, the straight part of the tube can be adjusted in centimeter intervals.

The Alphacool pull saw for acrylic/PETG pipes is no ordinary saw as you know it from the hardware store. Because of the very special saw blade with the fine teeth, this saw is especially suitable for acrylic/PETG pipes. With this saw blade the conventional problem was counteracted. As soon as you put it on the pipe, the teeth cut so cleanly into the acrylic that it no longer slips back and forth. The fine teeth also prevent the pipe from tearing or breaking on the last pull. How well do you know that: You want to make a straight cut with the saw, but the thin saw blade makes it more and more oblique with every pull?! Here's a no-go. Because this saw blade is just thick enough not to get into an inclined position but still thin enough to get a precise cut. With the Alphacool pull saw you can saw cleanly and neatly down to the last stroke.

Alphacool Silicon Bending Insert 100cm with 10mm & 13mm diameter (Item 29117 & 29126)
The perfect solution is now available for perfect curves in the Alphacool HardTubes. Simply insert the silicone insert into the acrylic tube and heat the desired area. Thanks to the extremely heat-resistant silicone, the pipe can then be bent without the bent area buckling. After cooling down, the silicone can be pulled out again.
