Watercool's backplate is mounted on the back of an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 or RTX 2080 Ti. Ideally, it complements the Watercool Heatkiller IV graphics card cooler for the corresponding model.

Details

At the same time, the backplate provides more stability by preventing warping by tightening the screws on one side and enhances the look in an appealing manner. It also improves cooling performance by dissipating heat from relevant components on the back of the graphics card board. Correspondingly cut heat-conducting pads are already included in the backplate.

The GPU backplate is made of anodized aluminum. On the underside of the plate are insulating spacers, which ensure a simple and easy installation. The supplied mounting material is optimized for the previously mentioned Heatkiller IV series. An adjustment may be required for use with other waterblock models.

A detailed installation manual is part of the scope of delivery. This is to follow exactly to avoid any errors and damage the graphics card.

Note: The warranty of the graphics card manufacturer expires when disassembling the original cooler. All conversions are therefore at your own risk! We assume no liability for damage caused by incorrect or incorrect installation and improper use.
