Phobya shrink tubes in black and white and there are virtually all sizes that are needed in a PC. The thin tubes can be used to be shortened cord secure to connect to the terminal. The big ones can be used for all cable strands for example, to allow air in its housing.

This heat shrink tubing has a shrinkage ratio of 3 to 1. This means that ever tube after being heated, only 1/3 of its previous diameter. The length shrinks almost eliminated with these models!
