Edifier GM6: Wireless in-ear headset for clear gaming audio
The Edifier GM6 is a wireless in-ear headset, which is aimed specifically at gamers. Bluetooth 5.0 in combination with Edifiers-Apt-X technology ensures a radio range of up to 10 m and a low latency of only 40 ms. This not only shows the lip movements in cutscenes synchronously with the audio output, the team chat is also transmitted without delay. The 6 mm drivers with a wool felt membrane deliver a full stereo sound despite their compact size. This headset is a convenient solution, especially for those who wear glasses and find large headset headphones annoying.

The GM6 also comes up with practical features for sound recording. The two microphones have integrated noise insulation, so that disturbing ambient noise is filtered out. The headset also recognizes whether one of the two earbuds has been removed from the ear and then pauses playback. If the earbud is worn again, the audio playback continues automatically. The audio profiles A2DP, AVRCP, HFP and HSP are also supported. These are predefined settings that, depending on the application, offer hands-free operation or optimized audio for calls.

A practical transport case with charging function is included with the headset. It has an internal battery and extends the seven-hour runtime of the GM6 by an additional 21 hours. Thus, the earbuds can not only be protected during transport, but also charged at the same time. LED indicators on the case and headphones provide information about the charge level. The case itself is charged via the supplied USB cable on the rear micro-USB socket. Thanks to the water jet protection with IPX5 certificate, it can also be used for outdoor activities without any problems. The scope of delivery also includes three pairs of different earplugs, so that a high level of comfort and an optimal fit is guaranteed.
