Details

The silicone matrix used is highly resistant to temperatures above 800 degrees Celsius and can therefore settle in terms of performance and durability significantly from conventional thermal compounds based on silicone.

Due to their consistency, the new Cool Laboratory Liquid Copper can be easily applied on the contact surfaces of the heat sources and on coolers and is easily usable even for uneven surfaces and cooler with Direct Touch technology.
