To this end, on both sides of the LED strip a proprietary 4-pin link port. further scope of supply includes an adapter link port to 4-pin Molex. This LED Strip can easily connect to a power supply. The great advantage of the on-site links is the extensibility of the individual strands. Because the links are present on both sides can so easily add more strips combined and long chains (even different color) are formed. The LED strip is, however, ideal for use with motherboards that feature a Lighting Control Software. Akasa indicate here the compatibility with the ASUS ROG MAXIMUS FORMULA VIII and the ASUS MAXIMUS VIII HERO ALPHA.

The installation is very simple, because in the 50 cm long LED band are ten magnets that adhere to metallic surfaces and are of course reusable. The 15 LEDs in the LED ribbon light up in bright and bold colors, depending on the choice via the RGB controller on the mainboard.
