Payment Methods

We offer 3 payment options for your convenience: SagePay (Formally Protx), PayPal, and Bank Transfer..

1. Debit or Credit Card via SagePay

The simplest and quickest payment method is debit or credit card via SagePay. We want your information to be safe when you purchase items from our site. That is why we use SagePay (part of the Sage Group Plc) to process your payments. We never see your credit card information and we don't store any of your financial data.Your details are entered into our 128bit SSL Secured website which is PCI DSS Compliant, then encrypted and securely sent over to SagePay for authorisation and processing. The SagePay payment system uses a combination of both established and innovative techniques to ensure the security and integrity of all sensitive data.

SagePay Security

All transaction information passed between our website and Sage Pay’s systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages sent to your servers from Sage Pay are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely assured that nothing you pass to Sage Pay’s servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.

Encryption and Data Storage

Once on the SagePay systems, all sensitive data is secured using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards used by, among others, the US Government. The encryption keys are held on state-of-the-art, tamper proof systems in the same family as those used to secure VeriSign's Global Root certificate, making them all but impossible to extract. The data we hold is extremely secure and we are regularly audited by the banks and banking authorities to ensure it remains so.

If you are not able, or do not wish to use a debit or credit card via SagePay, then you can use one of the following methods:

2. PayPal Express Checkout

Paypal was originally created to serve as alternative payment method for e-bay customers in 1998. Since then it has fast become one of the most popular methods of transferring money online since easy registration and usage. Paypal has over 75 Million active accounts world wide and boats over 10 million users in the UK alone!. We use Paypal's Express Checkout which means you can skip the Shipping address pages on our site and go direct to the Paypal website to enter your stored details. Fast and effected.

You will be transferred to a secure 128-bit SSL Paypal server to take your credit/debit card details or you can sign in to an existing account and transfer funds from that instead.

3. Bank Transfer

If you use online banking and would like to transfer funds via online banking then all the information is available for you to do this when you select the bank transfer option in the check out. If you are an international customer you can also pay using international bank transfer and again the information you will need to do this is provided in the check out process. Please note you are responsible for the bank charges on an international transfer.

Our bank details will be emailed over to you with your order confirmation after you place an order using this method.

Customer detail discrepancies:
Please note that if there are discrepancies in the details given during the payment process or a security warning from SagePay or other third party sites, we reserve the right to decline the order and/or offer an alternative payment method. We do take very seriously both our customer's security and of course our own. Each and every order is checked carefully and any attempted fraudulent transactions are logged and reported to the appropriate authorities.
