Collect Your Order

Placing orders via the website for collection is a simple process, by selecting Customer Collection (Manchester Store) at checkout, you acknowledge and understand that some items are available for collection same day and some items are web only, and have an ETA on when they can be collected, as advised on the product / category and cart pages.

Order information - Prior to arrival

Please take note of the product ETA's shown on the product / category and cart pages when placing your order, we will send you an Awaiting Collection email when all items are ready to collect. If you have bought a mixture of same day collect and web only items, and wish to part collect, please email us.

- It will take minimum 1 hour to have your order ready for collection, this may change during busy periods.
- Please wait for your "Awaiting Collection" email before arriving, to avoid disappointment.
- Mask will be required during COVID-19 restrictions.
- Bring Photo ID or Address ID with you on the collection day.

You can either pay at checkout when placing the order or pay at the collection point either with Cash or Card. If you wish to pay via Bank Transfer, please email us when the payment is made, so we can book this in against your order to release it.
