Who Is Liquid.cool?

Liquid.cool was born back in 2015, out of frustration that pricing within the Watercooling Market kept rising and quality and performance remained the same. Increased material costs are to be expected but when well known brands bring CPU blocks to the market in the price range of £70-£200 it became apparent that there was no real low cost option anymore that still had the quality people expected, clearly something had to be done.

We are a small team that has been within the Watercooling industry since 2003. Using our vast knowlege of the field and using our extensive contacts at factories and suppliers - we have started to design and bring to the market our own set of Cool products, but with a very attractive price vs performance and quality aspect. All of our products come with a standard 12 month warranty and all final QC is carried out within the UK.

We deal with many resellers around the world, please check out our Where To Buy page at the top of the website to find a retailer local to you or your country. At the moment we only have a small range, but it will continue to grow over 2017/18 into a full line up of products.

You can contact us, using the Contact Page and let us know you're interested and we'll take it from there, if you are within the UK we'll put you in touch with our UK Distributor. We desl with European and Worldwide distribution directly. We sell to a wide range of trade customers ranging from System Builders and Repair Shops to Universities and multi-million pound enterprises.

We can offer a 14 day payment Credit account after 3 successfully pre-paid orders, subject to credit check status. Hourly updated CSV and superb Direct Ship options also available. Get in touch for further details.

Liquid.cool Warranty Information

All of our products carry a 12 month limited warranty from the date the product was purchased from the retailer, as shown on the receipt or invoice for the original owner. Please retain your documents for up to 12 months to help serve as proof of original purchase, if any warranty implications arise you will be asked for this information. Warranties cannot be transfered to a third party owner.

Place of Purchase

Your warranty on all Liquid Cool products are to be maintained by the retailer who you originally purchsed through. If you have a problem within the warranty period detailed above, please get in touch with your retailer for further assistance.

In most cases your retailer will liase with ourselves to decide the best cause of action, depending on the nature of the fault we may replace or repair your product within this period. Any product failiures which happen in the first 45 days will be automatically covered for a 1 for 1 replacement.

If you are having dificulty with one of our products, please do not hesitate to get in touch for technical support or further assistance about how you should proceed.

Your Cover

In most cases your warranty will cover any and all manufacturer defects causing a product to be or become faulty after a length of time during the warranty period.

Your warranty does not cover normal signs of wear, corrosion, damaged O-rings due to improper maintenance, paint damage/abrasions, or damage/breakage due to improper use or maintenance. Your warranty will be void if the product has been tampered with in a way, please contact us before making any such modifications. Your warranty does not cover acidental damange or misuse.
