No drying time is required when using the paste.

The optimum consistency makes it easy to apply, evenly closing every gap between the CPU core and the heat sink, no matter how small. The effect: low temperatures. This makes the paste perfect for overclocking projects.

The application range is between -150 °C and 350 °C. Since the actual temperature of your CPU will most likely never be in this range, this thermal compound gives you a large buffer space when it comes to the application temperature. The paste is electrically non-conductive.
