The compact and simple Newton A50 from Akasa is a housing in the UCFF (Ultra Compact Form Factor) form factor. It is designed as an ideal dwelling for mini PCs with ASUS P50 and P51 motherboards. Thanks to extensive recesses on the I/O panel, the mini housing offers many connection options for peripherals.

With the Newton A50 you can enjoy the speed of an AMD Ryzen 4000 and 5000 up to a Ryzen 7 5700 U, while the case takes up hardly any space. Ideal for you if you like discreet solutions and are struggling with a lack of space on your desk anyway. Thanks to effective passive cooling, your AMD Ryzen APU keeps a cool head even after days of continuous operation.

For this purpose, the APU dissipates its waste heat to the housing via contact surfaces with thermal compound and pads. The aluminum housing releases the waste heat to the environment via fins. As a result, the housing itself acts as a heat sink without causing disturbing noises. The cooling capacity is so efficient that the housing is suitable for systems in 24/7 continuous use.

Never again lack of space
With the outer shell made of brushed aluminum in black, the housing as an HTPC of a multimedia system in the living room visually cuts a good figure. Alternatively, thanks to the VESA holes, the Akasa A50 can be attached directly to the monitor to make efficient use of sparse space at the desk. Lack of space is also a thing of the past internally with your new UCFF enclosure: you can easily accommodate both a fast M.2 SSD and another 2.5 HDD or SSD.

At the front, you can quickly and easily connect one device via USB-A and another via USB-C. A headphone and microphone connection is also provided. On the I/O panel there are two more USB-A and one USB-C ports for your input devices. You can connect multiple video output devices at the same time via DisplayPort and HDMI. A connection to the network can be established either via the LAN port or the two optional WLAN antenna connectors.
