The new TYGON® E-3603 DEHP-free laboratory and vacuum hose delivers the excellent performance you expect, but now in a version that contains an alternative to DEHP plasticizers. The use of a globally accepted DEHP substitute solves the problem of health hazards due to environmental pollution from seepage water with a high DEHP content.
The TYGON® E-3603 laboratory hose can be used for practically all inorganic chemicals used in laboratories. It is non-oxidizing and non-contaminating, and less gas-permeable than rubber hose. The glass-smooth inner wall helps to avoid deposits and thus makes cleaning easier. The hoses are marked at 1-foot intervals for easy measurement when cutting to length.
The TYGON® E-3603 laboratory hose can be sterilized by autoclaving without hesitation. Due to its excellent chemical resistance, it can also be sterilized chemically or by gas (ethylene oxide).

The TYGON® E-3603 laboratory hose was specially developed for high flexural fatigue strength and low wear. With many uses in the peristaltic pumps, its durability is at least twice that of its closest competitor. As a hose for device connection, ventilation, drainage and other common laboratory applications, the TYGON® E-3603 laboratory hose offers a significantly longer service life, which minimizes the effort and cost of replacement.

The TYGON® E-3603 vacuum hose has extra thick walls that can withstand an absolute vacuum at room temperature (29.9 "[759mm] mercury at 73f [23 ° C] and up to 27" [686 mm] mercury at 140˚ F [ 60 ° C]). Like the TYGON® standard laboratory hose, the TYGON® E-3603 vacuum hose is resistant to most inorganic chemicals and can be used in corrosive atmospheres.
