Noctua NH-L9i CPU Cooler - 92mm [NH-L9I]

Noctua is one of the well-known sizes in the silent and high-end cooling sector. The Austrian manufacturer's CPU coolers in particular enjoy an excellent reputation. They combine excellent processing quality with high cooling performance and minimal noise development. The self-developed fans from Noctua, which are also available separately to serve as case or CPU fans, are largely responsible for this.

The NH-L9i is a premium quiet cooler for Intel LGA115x based HTPCs and small form factor systems. With a super flat height of only 37mm, the NH-L9i is ideal for particularly compact cases and thanks to its footprint of 95 x 95mm, the cooler offers full compatibility with high memory modules and VGA cards on mini-ITX mainboards.

The tailor-made SecuFirm2 mounting system for LGA115x makes installation a breeze and the highly optimized NF-A9x14 premium fan with PWM support for automatic speed control guarantees excellent running smoothness. The scope of delivery is rounded off by Noctua's renowned NT-H1 thermal compound - the NH-L9i combines all the advantages of larger Noctua coolers in an extremely compact, all-round high-quality complete package for slim HTPC systems.

Thanks to the extremely low heatsink (23mm) and the 14mm slim NF-A9x14 fan, the overall height of the NH-L9 is only 37mm. This makes the cooler ideal for compact HTPCs and small form factor cases that only offer very little space for CPU coolers.

The NH-L9i features a 95 x 95mm footprint that fits neatly into the Intel LGA115x socket keep-out zone. So there are no problems with chipset coolers and the cooler does not hang over the RAM slots, so it offers full compatibility with high RAM modules.

With most Intel LGA115x based mini-ITX mainboards, the PCIe slot sits right next to the 95x95mm socket zone. While larger coolers usually block the PCIe slot, the 95x95mm NH-L9i offers full compatibility with PCIe cards.

The highly optimized NF-A9x14 premium fan supports PWM for fully automatic speed control and uses innovative aerodynamic construction measures and Noctua's AAO frame system. This keeps the NH-L9a remarkably quiet.

With the Low-Noise Adapter (LNA), the speed of the NF-A9x14 fan can be reduced from 2,500 to 1,800 rpm. Virtually silent systems can be implemented with CPUs below 65W TDP. Noctua's renowned and included NT-H1 thermal compound is a professional TIM solution that ensures minimal thermal resistance, easy handling and excellent long-term stability.

Noctua products are known for their impeccable quality and outstanding durability and like all Noctua fans, the included NF-A9x14 has an MTBF specification of over 150,000 hours. The entire NH-L9a package comes with a full 6-year manufacturer's warranty.

A notice: The NH-L9 is an extremely compact, low-profile, silent cooler designed for use in small cases and HTPC environments. The cooler has excellent cooling performance in its class, but is not suitable for overclocking and is only recommended for processors with up to 65W TDP (Thermal Design Power).
