The Nanoxia thermal compound NANO TF-1000 is made from 100% liquid metal which is produced with most modern development and manufacturing methods for the most demanding tasks.

The compound contains no non-metallic additives such as silicone or metal oxides which allows a much better thermal conductivity compared to standard compounds (factor 10). Additionally the Nanoxia NANO TF-1000 features easy application and apportioning.

Important: Nanoxia NANO  TF-1000 was developed for high-end coolers and waterblocks and may only be used on contact surfaces such as nickel, silver, copper and gold. NANO TF-1000 is not suitable for application on Aluminium surfaces. NANO TF-1000 does not contain mercury or other poisonous metals such as lead. It is not poisonous, not flammable, not explosive and does not vaporize.
