The Gigabyte H110-D3A is an extensively equipped H110 motherboard, which is particularly suitable for fast quad core processors of the Core i7 or Core i5 series. It has two DIMM slots for DDR4 memory which can be operated in dual channel mode. In addition to a PCI Express 3.0 slot with full x16 connection, there are five PCIe x1 slots available for other expansion cards.

A special feature are the two 4-pin Molex connectors, which allow additional power to be supplied to GPUs connected to PCIe x1 slots via a riser card cable. This makes it very easy to implement multi-GPU systems. Data carriers such as SSDs and hard disks are managed by four SATA 6G connectors as well as an M.2 slot, which is connected with SATA6G.

On the mainboard, additional devices and components can be connected to the Gigabyte H110-D3A via USB 3.0 and 2.0, Gigabit LAN, PS / 2 or three audio sockets for sound. The internal connection repertoire includes two headers for USB 3.0 and USB for two ports each. The board also provides a TPM and COM port.
