Details

It is a full-block design, which covers all the relevant heat sources of the graphics card and thus effectively cools - so the GPU, memory and voltage regulators. This electrolytic copper and an optimized channel structure are used to transfer heat to the optimum. For better protection and an individual look, the copper was covered in this version with a silver nickel layer.

The cover is made of transparent acrylic glass incl. Two 3-mm holes for optional LEDs and its angular shape results together with the punched circles the typical CSQ look ("Circle sqare design"). The connection terminal has four holes (1/4 inch thread). The flat design of the cooler and the connection of multiple graphics cards in an SLI configuration problem is (but without compatibility with EK-FC Bridge or EK-FC Link).

Notes: For integration into the cooling circuit connections are required which are not supplied. For this, 1 g thermal paste and thermal pads are included to make the contact between cooler and graphics card. It is important to ensure that the cooler is only suitable for NVIDIA graphics card of GeForce GTX 980 reference design (NVA-1G401)! The original radiator has to be removed before installation, so the warranty expires!
