The modularity airplex system is a fully modular system radiator for water cooling systems and expertise and know-how reflects the ten-year history of Aqua Computer.

The system is based on a disk pack with 21 copper pipes and factory pressed stainless steel flanges. On both sides of the plate pack are Delrinterminals which seal with a sealing ring against the stainless steel flanges and are bolted to these. In the Delrin terminals are recessed for connecting thread through the thread have a round pocket. In this case, a connection adapter can be connected to two radiators mounted without annoying hose connection to flush directly aneinader. Having determined the direction of the flow through each radiator with coolant: Laterally adjacent radiators are connected in series, horizontally stacked radiators are traversed in parallel.
In addition, the system can grow indefinitely in length. These have optional Delrin interconnects the disc packs are connected to each other.
Radiators all use the same length Delrin terminals, only the sides and fins are different packages. Accordingly, be converted by acquisition of a radiator components. Here they all have a width of 146 mm and fit perfectly into 5 1/4 bays. The height of the radiators in standard configuration (ie without a pump module) is 63.5 mm and the length is 44 mm longer than the respective fans (eg 3 x 120 mm = 360 +44 = 404 mm).
The connections are basically in G1 / 4 and made all the connections from our shop can be used.
For the first time with the system modularity airplex also possible to operate two separate cooling circuits with a radiator. At the respective radiators is associated with the cooling surface approximately in the ratio 70:30 to the primary or the secondary circuit. Thus, for a very space efficient dual-circuit system implemented in order to cool heat-sensitive, for example, separate disks from the CPU and graphics card. The two circuits are completely sealed against each other, a mixing of the cooling medium is excluded.
The optional fitting of a pump module can be realized in an extremely compact and easy to install water cooling. The offered pumps with radiators and pump module are integrated directly into the reservoir Delrinterminal of the radiator, also depending on the type and USB-fan control with optional water temperature and flow measurement sensor and / or water filters.
Particularly noteworthy is the Compact 600 pump module in the 12 volt version: This is the best ceramic bearing of Aqua equipped computer, enabling a whisper-quiet operation and a variety of monitoring and control options with the integrated pump control system with USB interface. The installation of a Durchlfussensors and a filter is already prepared and can be performed easily and quickly.
