The cooling properties are not neglected either, because the housing is suitable for numerous fans and large processor coolers. The ARGB lighting of the pre-installed fans can be controlled via the button on the front panel thanks to the controller supplied or connected to a compatible mainboard.

The Zalman Z3 Iceberg is designed for air cooling due to its compact dimensions, but can also be equipped with a complete water cooling system. A 140 mm ARGB fan is pre-installed in the front. A 140 mm fan with digitally addressable RGB lighting is also pre-installed on the rear of the case.

Optionally, two 120 or 140 mm fans can be attached to the lid and there is space for two additional 120 mm fans in the base or on the power supply bay. The front can accommodate three 120 mm or two 140 mm fans. This means that a total of eight 120 or five 140 mm fans can be fully equipped to declare war on high temperatures. At 163 mm, the Zalman Z3 Iceberg offers enough space for high-end CPU coolers.

The integrated RGB controller enables the connection of up to four fans including 4-pin RGB connectors. The controller can control up to eight fans using optional splitter cables. A dedicated button on the front panel enables the lighting effects to be set. Alternatively, the controller can be connected to the 4-pin header of a compatible mainboard to enable synchronization with other RGB elements.

Zalman Z3 Iceberg: A home for high-performance hardware components
The mainboard tray of the Zalman Z3 Iceberg has space for small mini-ITX, micro-ATX, regular ATX and large E-ATX boards (up to 280 mm). A length of up to 315 mm is provided for graphics cards. A total of seven horizontal expansion slots are available. An ATX power supply with a maximum length of 210 mm can be found under the power supply cover. The Zalman Z3 Iceberg comes with a drive cage for two 3.5 / 2.5-inch drives and four separate 2.5-inch drive carriers that can be placed on the MB tray and the power supply bay.
