The Thermaltake Core X71 TG Tempered Glass Big-Tower is perfect for the installation of a custom water cooling, which is not only the optimal cooling for extreme gaming hardware, but also visually a true view. Compensation tanks and pumps can be installed comfortably in the Core X71 TG and radiators are available in the front and lid. Especially when the graphics card is mounted vertically, a cooling block with color-coded coolant and LED-illuminated cooling block is particularly effective!

Up to 420 mm long graphics cards can be installed in the tower when the HDD cage is installed, the lower PCI slots are limited to a maximum length of 278 mm for plug and expansion cards. Terms of use and radiators can also limit the maximum length for graphics cards, since cooling blocks for water coolers are usually shorter than the standard coolers, but this is not a problem. This makes gaming monsters with multi-GPU setup possible .

The power supply can be installed in the upper chamber or in the bottom chamber of the system and the same applies to many of the components of a custom water cooling system as well as the hard disk cage. The front of the Big-Tower alone can accommodate a radiator up to 480 or 420 mm in length, while the radiator can also be installed in the cover and the lower chamber by 360/280 radiators. In addition, there are also installation areas for a 120/140 mm radiator in the floor and the rear.

Two 200mm fans or three 120/140 fans can be installed in the front and the top of the Core X71 TG, and CPU heatsinks can have up to 180mm of free space. This fan range can be supplemented by additional fans in the rear and bottom (120/140 mm) as well as the lower chamber (3x 120 mm / 2x 140 mm). The Big Tower is equipped with two 140mm Riing fans, which ensure good airflow and are also a real eye-catcher thanks to blue LED lighting.

Over two 5.25-inch drive bays in the front mesh area can access appropriate drives. If there is no need for ODDs, the drive carriers can either be equipped with a 3.5-inch HDD or two 2.5-inch SSDs or completely removed. Three additional SSDs / HDDs can be installed in a removable HDD cage, while two additional disks can be found at home behind the mainboard tray. The I / O panel is located at the top of the front panel and is equipped with two USB 2.0 and 3.0 ports with the required audio ports.
