Details

Although the proportion of metal oxides is somewhat lower here, it still offers good thermal conductivity. With its relatively low density and the silicone-based carrier structure, it is particularly suitable for achieving a low layer thickness and thus low temperatures in large-area applications.

The thermal paste does not tend to harden and, with its good price-performance ratio and the lower metal content, which also protects the surface of the heat source and cooler, is also ideal for applications in which the cooler or heat source is often changed. The huge 26-gram syringe is sufficient for around 390 applications (depending on the amount used and skill).
